XL Martial Arts Academy has been operating in Mandurah since 1995, The chief instructor Eric Jensen was operating martial arts schools in Perth before moving to Mandurah to teach and work security in the hospitality industry. The popularity of Eric’s classes saw him turn to a full time martial arts career and slowly expand out classes to suit more of the population.
