Please note that a requirement of the class is that you sit and watch at least one class before signing up. This will make sure that you fully understand what it is that we do and give you the opportunity to ask questions. This is for your safety as well as our protection. If after watching a class you wish to practice with us, you will be asked to sign a waiver for insurance purposes and fill out some basic information and then you can start class.
