description of the school
People come to the 'UK Shaolin Temple' from all around the world to learn and grow from traditional Kung Fu (gong fu) training. Students follow Shi fu's guidance and discipline whilst training in Gong fu. Many students train very hard and are very disciplined. While some students seek to build better health and create a feeling of well-being, others may train for self-defense (San Shou) or flexibility. However there is a singular concept, Gong fu training and Chan Philosophy are one and the same.
