description of the school
We, at the Traditional Martial Arts Center (TMAC), offer classes in Tang Soo Do, Tai Chi, Filipino Martial Arts (Arnis) and KarateAerobics. Our instructors have many years of experience and classes are geared towards different age groups, enhancing the learning and understanding of the students. We encourage family participation. Once you embark on training in a martial art, you will discover muscles not usually used, develop strengths you have not realized, and discover an understanding of self and how you can become part of a larger family.
