We begin with breathing exercises, stretching/warm-up exercises, balancing, body movement exercises, rolling, and physical conditioning . We also work at building our awareness (of us and our surroundings), integrety, stability, and relaxation of the mind and body.

Students are guided in an exploration of the martial art of Aikido its principles, and expressions/techniques. There is usually an open question and answer session where students can ask about a particular concept or techniques.
