The White Dragons Kickboxing & Jiu Jitsu Club was founded by Shihan Paul McVey in 2004, It use's the pricipals and teaching of Chen Wu Do (The Whole Martial Way) to help students gain knowledge and understanding of martial arts and also progress with self discipline and fitness.
