description of the school
The Institute's main purpose is to teach and promote various Martial Art forms throughout Scotland. These forms include Chinese Kickboxing, Kung Fu (Lang Jung Kuen), Tae Kwon Do, Sport Karate, Pankration and Self-Defence. Classes also include fitness and body conditioning sessions.
