Our programs are advanced and can be learned by any man, woman or child. Emphasis is placed on forms & tradition, basics through highly advanced empty hand and feet self-defense techniques, meditation, sparring, strategy training and development, one-three steps, weapons training, Ho Sin Sul and Hapkido (the “Way of Harmony”).
