description of the school
Tai Chi, Qigong/Chi Kung beginner classes are held in the Eastern Suburbs,Inner West, Western Suburbs,Hills District area, Northern Beaches, and on the North Shore of Sydney over an 8 week term for nearly an hour per week during the day, evenings, or weekends. After completing the beginner Tai Chi course, continuing lessons offer more intensive practice and refinement.
