description of the school
Our instructor is Master Sharon Elder-Hauger, a 4th Degree Master Instructor. Sa Bom Nim Elder-Hauger has been training in the martial arts for over 24 years under the direction of Sa Bom Nim Russell Colston, a 7th degree Master. She has taught for Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation for over 20 years. In addition, Sa Bom Nim Elder-Hauger also teaches classes at the Spotsylvania YMCA located in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
