description of the school
Aikido is a martial art based on the principles of harmony and non-resistance. Techniques seek to control and redirect the energy of an attacker, regardless of strength or size. The emphasis in learning is on timing, natural movement and connection over strength, speed and aggression. We are currently looking for new locations to offer Aikido training in and around Rockland County, NY.
