Our training consists of sword practice followed by running callisthetics and conditioning breakfalls falls throwing ground submissions punching and kicking drills and stand up self defense tactics. Our training group is non-profit and has only nominal fees which are used for equipment. However in following the traditionally proven method of teaching only a small number of students to a high degree of excellence, enrollment is strictly limited. Past training in judo jujutsu or Muay Thai would be an asset but is not essential. A willingness to engage in hard training is however a must.

Presently I instruct people on a private or semi-private basis until they are able to work effectively with others.
