Santa Rosa Aikikai was founded in 2004 by Spencer Smith and Daniele Knab.
It is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person.
The specific purpose of this corporation is to increase awareness of the martial art of Aikido.
Santa Rosa Aikikai opened the dojo on Tesconi Circle on April 2005 to fulfill this objective.
