description of the school
The Rotorua Aikido Club Inc. was established in 1986 by Dianne and Paul Haynes. We currently have 30 adult members, and 25 children training regularly. The club has developed the training style established by The Institute of Aikido, Great Britain, which Sensei Ron Russell brought to New Zealand in 1978.
The Rotorua Aikido Club is proud to be associated with The Aikido Association of New Zealand and would encourage other organisations in New Zealand to join and share the friendship and ongoing news and updates they offer.
