description of the school
Rising Star Aikido was founded by the father and son team of Wally and Mike Taylor in 1994. Through various stints at high school gymnasiums, gymnastics studios, and even a renovated home Rising Star Aikido has always remained a family orentied dojo. We currently reside in South Bend, Nebraska on the Taylor's property. The construction of the current dojo was done by the students of Rising Star Aikido, truly giving it that traditional feel.
