description of the school
The Raptors Team represents our academy in the competition circuit. The school runs a class every Friday called Fight School where the emphasis is on hard physical and mental training necessary to create the confidence, self-discipline and technical excellence required for sporting success. There are also monthly squad training sessions concentrating on the tactics of competition sparring
