description of the school
We are dedicated to the teaching of Sfhidokan Shorin-ryu Karate. The distinguishing feature of our karate practice from other schools of karate is the relentless practice of bunkai (applications of kata) against partners with real time speed. This produces a connection to kata and real self-defense not normally seen in most karate schools.
