description of the school
The Shin Do Kan Dojo is the only full time dojo in Orange County offering morning, lunch, evening, and weekend classes. It is centrally located and was established in 1997 by Sensei Pennewaert, a 2nd generation student of O-Sensei, the founder of Aikido. We offer classes for all ages including weapons training, and you are encouraged to observe a class to see if Aikido is right for you. To further our aikido training each October we invite Sugano Sensei, 1st generation student of O-Sensei, to give a weekend seminar.
