description of the school
We are a progressive martial arts school teaching traditional Korean Hapkido technique with an emphasis on practicality. Our schools aim to teach the martial arts way of self-discipline, confidence, respect for others and good citizenship. This is achieved through the study of martial arts, which in turn also helps the student develop fitness and good self-defence skills.
