At Mt. Pleasant Karate we teach the traditional Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do. Our method of training helps to develop coordination, improve fitness, increase confidence, and promote healthy self -esteem.
Tang Soo Do is a method of self defense, and is not a sport.
