description of the school
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to practicing and teaching the Japanese art of non resistance known as Aikido. Training in Aikido improves yours flexibility, awareness and spirit, all in a safe and non-competitive environment. The name Aikido comes from Ai, harmony, ki, spirit or energy and finally, do, path or way. So the word Aikido translates as the Path of Spirit Harmony.
