Instructors
Laura Pavlick Sensei began practising Aikido in 1981 at the New York Aikikai (NYA) Yoshimitsu Yamada, 8th Dan, Shihan. As a shodan, she was assigned to teach a regularly scheduled class at NYA, while also taking several classes daily until the early 1990s, when she moved to northwestern Connecticut and startedÊLitchfield Hills Aikikai in Bantam, CT. As Chief Instructor for over 18 years, she holds the rank of Godan, 5th dan, Shidoin.
