Lion Bushido Karate Academy is a freestyle school with about 70% Karate with the other 30% being made up from Jujitsu, Aikido and Kick-boxing. The term 'freestyle' gives us the liberty to teach what is valid for today's lifestyle as long as it is practical and works.
