description of the school
Kick Start is San Francisco’s premiere family martial arts and fitness center. We offer martial arts, boot camp, pilates, and yoga classes for adults and Tang Soo Do programs for children two years and older. In fact, we are the only child-focused Martial Art studio in the city.
Through self-defense and fitness programs, we seek to provide families and individuals with the means to establish a greater sense of well being, personal safety, physical fitness, and mental focus.
