description of the school
The KiKenTai dojo is a traditional Japanese martial arts school offering instruction in authentic samurai Swordsmanship (Shinkendo), open-hands Self Defense (Aikibujutsu), and traditional weapons, such as Bo (long staff), Jo (short staff), and tanto (knife). We have also added two new classes, Cardio Kickboxing and Beginner's Self Defense.
