description of the school
The club is very welcoming to beginners, who are welcome to drop in to have a go.
We are an indepedent Ki Aikido club, training according to the principles of SHIN SHUN TOITSU DO (unification of mind and body) and SHIN SHUN TOITSU AIKIDO (Aikido with mind and body unified) as taught by sensei Koichi Tohei.
