We're a taekwon-do school offering Xtreme Martial Arts. We combine gymnastics and acrobatic skills with our traditional taekwon-do skills . We've been in business for over 25 years and continue to teach people from all walks of life that the martial arts are for everyone. Not just the young, fit or athletic. We also offer Adult Muay Thai classes and Cardio classes.
