description of the school
A rare style of LONG FIST MANTIS KUNG FU is taught in our school. Tan Tui and Chin Na, Chi Kung and Meditation are also implied in our curriculum. We see the martial artist as someone seeking to improve himself for the benefit of himself and the people around him.
