We teach using the basic philosophy of positive reinforcement to build confidence and self esteem. We realise that for a child to be able to defend themselves is important, however, equally important are the tools they will need to develop into a well rounded adult. Therefore children learn respect, courtesy, self control, perseverance, setting and achieving goals and success through accepting responsibility whilst participating in a good exercise program.
