description of the school
Imperial Dragon Kung Fu has three traditional/syllabus based Kung Fu classes a week, as well as a sparring and fitness class. The classes are set in a friendly group environment with others that are at the same experience level. Fitness, ability and flexibility differ between all people, this will be taken into account, and the lesson will be tailored to your abilities. At the start of every class all students are taken through a warm-up, to prepare them for the session ahead safely and this well also help improve fitness, flexibility and endurance.
