IKMF Oakville is an official member of the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) and home of the best self-defence system in the world.
Krav Maga means Contact Fighting in Hebrew. It was developed in the Israeli military and adapted for civilian use. Other streams inlcude Law Enforcement and V.I.P Protection.
Krav Maga is a unique self-defence program that prepares you for real-life situations. Whatever your age, fitness level, or experience, we will give you the skills and confidence to defend yourself. Our techniques are practical, easy to learn, and effective.
