description of the school
The purpose of training in Soo Bahk Do should be the enhancement of the mental and physical self. It is good to have great hope and expectations when you start, but do not be overly ambitious. If you think you will be good after two or three months, you will be disappointed before the end of the first month. It is not reasonable to expect more than you can reasonably achieve. Try to pass through the first gate of training with an open mind.
