description of the school
Halifax Aikikai is a member of the Canadian Aikido Federation (CAF), which in turn is a member of the Aikikai Foundation, Aikido World Headquarters, Tokyo, Japan. The CAF is dedicated to the teachings of Master Morihei Ueshiba, the Founder of Aikido. We report to the CAF through our provincial organization, the Nova Scotia Aikido Federation (NSAF).
