At Hakushin Jiu-Jitsu School we have found that the best way to learn something is to enjoy what you're doing, we teach practical self-defence in an enjoyable atmosphere. Our school teaches how a smaller person can defeat a larger attacker, by using joint manipulation, leverage, momentum, and pressure points to gain control over your attacker. As time moves on we all age and become weaker but the bad guy always stays young. What you learn now you should be able to use as you age.
