At E.K. TaeKwon-Do we have developed our training programmes to cater for individuals new to martial arts or coming to us from different styles and organisations. The most common question asked by new students is "how fit and flexible do I need to be start?" The simple and honest answer is that fitness and flexibility come with regular training, therefore it does not matter how fit you are, we will help you progress at a rate applicable to your own personnel levels.
