DC Metro Soo Bahk Do! The school is part of the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Federation. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan is a martial art and self-defense method that is currently practiced by hundreds of thousands of students worldwide with nearly 45,000 dan (“black belt”) members. Anyone 6 and older is eligible to train. No previous martial arts experience is required.
