The Aikbudo Club of Ottawa is located at the CEGEP de l'Outaouais and the club is open to the people of the Outaouais
The Aikibudo is a system of traditional martial techniques of Japan, expressed notably by moving the body, projections, controls the ground and standing of sutemi and chokes. Ces techniques sont appliquées en situation d'autodéfense, avec ou sans armes. These techniques are applied in situations of self-defense, with or without weapons. L'Aikibudo préconise l'utilisation de la stricte force nécessaire pour maîtriser un adversaire. The Aikibudo advocates the use of strict force necessary to control an opponent.
