Bojuka Canada has regular ongoing classes for reality based self defense training. This is a complete training experience including unarmed self defense techniqes, weapons disarming, striking, joint locking and pressure point manipulation. Training stresses appropriate threat level assessment and measured responses. The techniques are taught in a progressive manner which allows the student to commit the gross motor skills to muscle memory that the mind can remember under the stress of a violent encounter.
