he Northwest tang Soo Do Association is an association of independantly owned and operated Tang Soo Do schools under the guidance and direction of the president Master D.W. Low and Vice president Master Stephen Semancik.
Master Low began training in Tang Soo Do in the early 1970's under instructor master jeong Sook Lee. master Low also holds blackbelt rank in Taekwon Do and japanese Shorin Ryu karate. master Low is a former member of the board of directors of the U.S. Tang Soo Do MooDuk Kwan Federation .
