Base Muay Thai welcomes all from 6-60year olds whether you are a total beginner or experienced fighter, your individual needs will be catered for. Only 2% of students go on to compete the rest train for various reasons such as to loose weight, get fit, learn a practical self defence system or simply to take up a rewarding hobby. Classes are taught in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere so that your time with us is enjoyable and informative.
