description of the school
Our goal is to promote and develop the internal martial arts. We encourage cross training and "using what works" for realistic combative applications. Our regular training sessions focus on footwork, push hands, soft hands and free sparring - emphasising Ba Gua Zhang's unique body mechanics and powerful self defence techniques.
