description of the school
As a member you can come to as many classes we have to offer as often as you want. Our detailed schedule of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, Wrestling, MMA and Children's classes are on our internet site www.bdbma.com. For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, it is usually best to come out on a Monday at 6:30pm, Tuesday at 8:00pm or Wednesday at 6:30pm for your first couple times. For Kickboxing classes, Tuesday at 6:30, Thursday at 6:30 and Saturday at 12:30 for Kickboxing. Classes are one and a half hours long.
