Welcome to Aikido of Suenaka-Ha Ashland our aim is to become proficient
in Aikido through rigorous practice of the principles and techniques of Suenaka
Ha Tetsugaku Ho Aikido. We provide a safe and supportive place to practice which
allows students to overcome fears and concerns about studying a martial arts. At
Aikido of Suenaka-Ha Ashland mutual respect for each other is first and foremost.
Our classes offer a great workout that will enhance your physical fitness through
movement and control as you learn self defense techniques. Aikido of
Suenaka-Ha Ashland also offers opportunities to meet great people and become
