description of the school
Aikido Network is a unique school serving London and area that provides small class settings for children and adults, teaching valuable conflict resolution and mind and body coordination skills that build strong, secure, healthy and successful individuals. Under the direction of chief instructor Sensei Derek Bindner, 3rd Dan, students are taught the techniques and ways of Yoshinkan Aikido, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.Other quality programs offered are; Traditional Ju Jutsu, and Women's Personal Safety.
