The training course from 11am to 4pm and costs £10 for association, gym, group or HYR student (£20 non members).
The course subjects will be technical application with practical self defense being the main focus.
The schedule is:
11am to 1pm - Training
1pm - Refreshment break
1.30pm. - Training session 2
4.00pm - Kyu grading
4.00pm - Cooking begins :-)
5.00pm onwards PARTY!
Students and friends are welcome at the training session training, as well as non Hontai Yoshin Ryu students that are interested in beginning the study of this art (please contact Andy McCormack to discuss this) and also it is a family barbecue with your kids, friends, and spouses welcome.
If you want to attend please contact Andy McCormack to register.
IMPORTANT:
If anyone attending is a has food allergies or is a Vegetarian/Vegan please contact Andy to discuss this so that we can accommodate you with our food selection.
Anyone who has to travel (and want to drink) can stay in the dojo free of charge.
Our dojo has nice facilities with showers and toilets but please bring a towel a sleeping bag/pillow etc.
There will also be a training/practice session on Saturday 16th also for any NLJJA members that are grading to practice kata.
Also I know we have a few members (plus friends and gym members that don't do jujutsu) that are injured at the moment and not training, even so come to the BBQ, it would be good to see you!
