In this workshop, Master Frank Allen, author of “The Whirling Circles of Ba Gua Zhang” will introduce steady postures circle walking and basic Ba Gua fighting strategies also hands-on applications. You’ll learn the complete 8 Energies Circle Walking set and the Heaven & Earth Palm Changes of Classical Cheng Style Baguazhang. No Ba Gua Zhang experience necessary. Baguazhang is a Chinese Internal Martial Art invented by Dong Hai-Chuan, known as the best martial artist in China in the 19th century. Ba Gua Zhang’s unique foot work of Circle walking, along with it’s palm strikes, and spiral energy power made the art stand out among all Chinese martial arts.Cost: $40 per 2.5 hour session up to $180 for full weekend
